Review errors, omissions, and interferences in design documents by using BIM and improve design document consistency. Problems in the design-construction process are identified in advance by reviewing the feasibility of BIM reflecting the specifications of actual equipment. We propose an optimal construction method for issues by using in-house big data accumulated for 20 years.

It quickly and accurately calculates representative quantity data for each construction by using various BIM automation solutions within the company. The calculated data is used when establishing a step-by-step construction plan and automatically calculated according to the change plan. Creating a Network Schedule
Calculate appropriate construction period based on actual productivity and utilization rate
Prepare a network schedule based on actual productivity and utilization rate and calculate the appropriate construction period.
Improve construction period feasibility by analyzing the correlation between the process the pre- and the post-, unit construction, and overall construction period correlation, and establish a major resource (human resources/equipment) input plan based on the calculated construction period and prepare an S-curve.
After the construction period verification is completed, the master schedule is prepared, and if necessary, the special management schedule is prepared.

Process plan verification and accuracy enhancement
Perform a daily visualization review of the schedule by performing a BIM construction simulation in connection with the network schedule. Through the analysis of the relationship between the pre- and post-process and the following, errors such as the start of the following process before the essential preceding process are removed, and the accuracy of the construction and process plan is improved by a three-dimensional review of the simultaneous multiple construction section through the flat process interference review. Visualization of the process plan contributes to the improvement of communication among project participants.
