Create BIM models by type of construction
1 day of earthwork and 5 days of frame, BIM completed
BIM models for each field are created by differentially applying Level of Development (LOD) according to the characteristics of the project, such as architectural structure civil engineering and MEP. Some complex BIM models are automatically produced using algorithmic process techniques (Grashoper, Dynamo). It secures a rapid BIM model within the shortest period of time after receiving the drawing using manpower from the Vietnam branch.

Design Document Quality Assurance through BIM-Based Consistency Review
We conduct consistency reviews of design drawings using discipline-specific BIM models. By identifying errors, omissions, and clashes before construction begins, we aim to ensure the delivery of complete and accurate drawings.
Given the nature of our work, we go beyond detecting issues in the drawings themselves—we also identify constructability issues where actual implementation may be infeasible. These are highlighted and addressed to ensure the drawings are construction-ready.
In cases where construction methods are rapidly changed or missing drawings exist, we proactively review the BIM models in advance to prevent disruptions on site.
All review results are documented and submitted in detailed report form.

Calculation of quantity for construction and process planning
Calculation of quantity by zoning, floor, and member
BIM can extract accurate building shape and quantity information by converting 2D drawings into three dimensions, but the quantity information extracted from the BIM tool is not readable enough to be used immediately for construction. Therefore, it is provided that it can be used immediately at the site (construction team) by calculating the quantity based on the daily amount of construction per C.J. (Construction Joint), zoning, and construction quantity. A separate solution is being developed and utilized within the team by using Grashopper to calculate the quantity information that can be used immediately for construction and process planning.

Workability review with BIM
BIM= Construction site match, digital twin
The construction stage, the pre-execution risk through actual virtual construction is reviewed in advance using BIM. The construction equipment and temporary materials reflecting the specifications of the actual catalog are applied to the integrated BIM model to review the construction plan for each stage of earthwork, frame work, and finishing work including the hypothesis plan. The virtual construction simulation is performed in the state of BIM= site where the digital twin is built by implementing the BIM and construction site as identical as possible.

Review of the process plan using BIM
Visualization management of the process plan
4D simulation is constructed by linking the network schedule and BIM. The process plan is reviewed through the overall process simulation review by reflecting the construction plan and the main application method. The relationship between the process line and the following is analyzed, and the interference of the complex process is reviewed on a daily basis. In the execution stage, the execution rate is managed through Plan vs Actual management.
